Formed   from the conversion of Lockgate Dairy's cowshed in 2011,  'Birdham' offers guests minimalistic modernity and great comfort.

 

Birdham can be configured with either one SuperKing double bed or with 90cm wide Twin beds. In both cases, the mattresses are super-comfy. Please select your preference at time of booking.

 

The ceiling is fully vaulted, with Oak beams and opening Velux skylight windows, all making for a great sense of space and volume. The en-suite to Birdham is also fully vaulted has a heated tiled floor, a large white handwashbasin, toilet, heated stainelss steel towel rail, a 1500mm bath over which is a strong, thermostatically controlled main-water powered shower with a hinged glass showerscreen.

 

The room is at ground level and is easily accessed from our private car park via a pretty courtyard (where the bullpen was once located). There is a code-lock door into a shared lobby from where 'Birdham' is separately accessed through a door that has a Yale lock. There is further access via the room's deadlocked rear door to our very pretty front garden which, in the Summer months, is equipped with garden furniture for guest use.
