Bedroom 1.  A very homely bedroom which has a French king-size double bed (5ft x 6.5ft). Views across adjacent paddocks and farmland, subject to season and foliage on nearby oak and apple trees.

 

Bedroom 2.  A double-aspected bedroom (4.0m x 3.7m) which can be configured with one super-king size double bed (6ft x 6.5ft)  or a twin arrangement with two single beds (each 3.0ft x 6.5ft).

 

Large, traditional, washroom with shower over bath, toilet, hand washbasin and natural light.

 

The accommodation has a great feeling of space with high ceilings throughout and is accessed from the main hallway via a lockable oak door, small lobby and private staircase rising to a large and bright landing from which all rooms are accessed.

 

Regretably, the stairs preclude the use of this accommodation by those unable to use stairs unassisted.
